About the Food
Our house-made vegan chorizo tacos are served with diced potato, fresh onion, coriander and salsa roja. The flavour is super rich and the salsa roja pairs wonderfully with the spicy chorizo flavour. For our chorizo we use soy protein that we marinate with chillies directly imported from Mexico.
History Of the Dish
It's believed by many that traditional chorizo has been around since roman times, but Mexican chorizo wasn’t adopted until much later on when it was imported to Mexico from Spain. Today it is still hugely popular throughout Mexico and the rest of the world too.
